Publication of Prospectus
 
Further to the announcement made by Argo on 14 September 2021 relating to its initial public offering of American Depositary Shares in the United States, the Company has published a prospectus in respect of the underlying ordinary shares of £0.001 each ("Prospectus") which has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority.
A copy of the Prospectus will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. The Prospectus is also available for inspection on the Company's website: https://argoblockchain.com/investors/#Reports_and_Shareholder_documents_section.
