Argo Provides an Update on Financing Discussions

Argo Blockchain plc (LSE: ARB; NASDAQ: ARBK) announces that the Company is no longer in financing discussions with the counter party referenced in the press release on 3 March 2025. The Company is in discussions with other interested parties and continues to work with its advisor Stifel. We will update the market as appropriate.
