Director Appointment
 
 
The Company wishes to announce the following change to the composition of its Board of Directors with immediate effect:
 
-     The appointment of a new Non-Executive Director and Chairman, namely Anthony Jeffs (the "New Director").
 
 
About Anthony Jeffs
 
Anthony joined HSBC Global Asset Management ("AMG") in June 1990, initially working for the UK Private Client business and more lately within the Institutional business. Anthony previously held roles in Operations, Multimanager, and Change Management. Since July 2013, Anthony has been Head of Product Platforms, which encompasses the design, development and implementation of change for AMG's key cross border products i.e. HGIF, ETF and Liquidity, as well as responsibility for the Alternative products following the realignment of HSBC Alternative Investment Ltd into AMG. More recently, in July 2020, Anthony took on the broader role as Global Head of Product for AMG.
