NZ's Argosy Property gains most in over 2 weeks on upbeat H1 profit

** Shares of Argosy Property  ARG.NZ  rise as much as 2.1%
to NZ$1.460, marking their biggest intraday percentage gain
since Nov 11 
    ** For H1 FY21, the property developer recorded a 49% rise
in the net profit from continuing operations, to NZ$114.6 mln
($80.29 mln)  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nNZWb96tdT
    ** Co declares a Q2 dividend of 1.6375 cents per share and
increases FY21 dividend guidance to 6.45 cents per share 
    ** Co posts net property income of NZ$51.1 mln for the first
half of FY21, in line with the pcp
    ** Stock up 3.6% this year as of last close
