NZ's Argosy Property hits over 3-week high on dividend forecast

** Argosy Property Ltd  ARG.NZ  climbs as much as 3.3% to
NZ$1.11, their highest since April 28
    ** Property developer announces FY21 dividend forecast of
6.35 cents per share; Q4 dividend of 1.5875 cents per share

    ** Co reports FY20 net property income of NZ$99.7 mln
($60.49 mln), down 2.7% than the prior year    
    ** Says, it has provided for about NZ$2.8 mln in rent
abatements for April and May

    ** Stock had fallen 22.1% this year, as of last close,
compared with a 6.1% decline in the NZX 50 index  .NZ50
