** Stock rose as much as 4.1% to NZ$1.01 earlier in the session, its largest intraday pct jump since late May 2024

** The NZ-based property firm declares third-quarter dividend of 1.6625 NZ cents per share, in line with last year

** Stock down 2.9% YTD, including current session's moves
