as 18.6% to hit record high of 324.90 rupees
    ** Stock on track for a fourth consecutive session of gains,
if trend holds
    ** The real estate developer said it added new plotted
development project in Navi Mumbai spread across 118 acres
    ** Share price above 50-day, 100-day and 200-day simple
moving averages since Nov.8
    ** More than 579,000 shares change hands by 3:21 p.m. IST,
3.5x the 30-day avg
    ** More than 500,000 shares of co traded in a single session
thrice in 2023
    ** Stock rose 21.2% in 2023
