** Networking equipment maker Arista Networks' ANET.N shares surge 14.2% to $217.61 premarket  
** Company forecasts Q3 revenue of $3.3 bln, above analysts' estimate of $2.94 bln - data compiled by LSEG 
** Expects Q3 adjusted EPS between $1.06-$1.08, above estimates of 91 cents
** Q2 results also beat expectations 
** At least three brokerages raised their PT on stock following results 
** TD Cowen says the higher forecast likely eases investor concerns after supply constraints capped upside last quarter
** As of last close, ANET stock is up about 45% YTD
