The Dow Jones Industrial Average outshone its peers on Tuesday
following upbeat results from health insurer UnitedHealth, while
higher Treasury yields and conflict in the Middle East kept
investors on edge.  .N 
    
    At 11:02 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up
0.13% at 37,782.74. The S&P 500  .SPX  was down 0.29% at
5,047.31 and the Nasdaq Composite  .IXIC  was down 0.23% at
15,848.449.
