U.S. stock index futures were set for a lower open on Wednesday following a weak
forecast from Uber and a rebound in bond yields as investors sought more clarity
on the Federal Reserve's plans for interest rate cuts.  .N 
    
    At 9:13 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.13% at 38,978. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.37% at 5,194.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down
0.62% at 18,086.5.
