    ** ARIX announces a strategic review of co's strategy and
assets
    ** Review to include a consideration of a tax-efficient
wind-down of company 
    ** Co will also mull over its investment and realisation
strategies and capital allocation and shareholder returns
policies
    ** Board believes co is well positioned to deliver
attractive returns over long term
    ** As of last close, stock down ~9% this year
