    ** Company names Duncan Middlemiss as President and CEO,
effective immediately, succeeding Marc Pais
    ** Says Jacques Perron will immediately assume the role of 
Chair of the Board, succeeding Paul Reid
    ** Says both Middlemiss and Perron have joined the Board,
effective immediately
    ** Including session's gain, AMC down ~2 YTD
