    ** The real estate developer said on Thursday its June-qtr
consolidated net profit saw near five-fold surge to 302.2 mln
rupees (~$4 mln)
    ** Rev from ops up surged over two-fold
    ** Co said demand for real estate, particularly luxury
housing segment drove topline
    ** Stock has gained over 10% so far this week
