** Shares of HT&E Ltd  HT1.AX  climb as much as 5.3% to
A$1.290, their highest since Feb 13
    ** Media and entertainment co posts FY net profit after tax
of A$48.5 mln ($33.47 mln) vs A$32.6 mln a year earlier
    ** Says FY revenue up 53% at A$344.9 mln 
    ** Declares fully franked dividend of 5.2 AU cents per share
    ** Says accretive share buyback maintained
    ** Says future dividend policy revised upwards to 65%-85%
payout ratio 
    ** Shares post their biggest intraday pct gain since Feb 13
    ** Stock had risen 26.9% this year, as of last close
