Wall Street was poised for a slightly higher open on Wednesday, with investors
taking stock of major earnings from the likes of Ford and Snap while continuing
to look out for more clues from policymakers on the outlook for interest-rate
cuts. .N 
    
    At 9:08 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.19% at 38,688. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.39% at 4,994.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.55%
at 17,757.5.
