** Shares of Arrow Greentech Ltd  ARRO.NS  falls as much as
4.94% to hit a record low of 39.45 rupees     
    ** Company says it got a closure notice from the Gujarat
Pollution Control Board for its manufacturing unit in Ankleshwar
