    ** Co says some investors would purchase 492,234 of its
common shares in a direct offering for $21.89 each
    ** Price was in line with stock's last close on Friday
    ** Total proceeds from the offering would be about $10.8

    ** BANX says it will use the proceeds in accordance with its
investment strategy
    ** As of last close, stock was up 14% YTD
