** Shares of drug developer ARS Pharmaceuticals  SPRY.O 
rise 8% to $3.70
    ** Co reports Q3 loss of 16 cents/shr vs analysts' average
loss estimate of 18 cents - LSEG data
    ** Adds, U.S. FDA confirmed in a meeting that previously
agreed upon design for the repeat-dose study of co's neffy will
generate the necessary data that answers the health regulator's
outstanding questions
    ** FDA had previously declined to approve neffy, co's nasal
drug for allergies, after the health regulator sought a
repeat-dose study of the treatment versus a rival injected
product
    ** Including session's move, stock down ~56.7% YTD
