** Shares of securities and brokerage group ARTA TechFin
Corp Ltd  0279.HK  soar 244% to HK$0.335 as trading resumes
after an eight-month trading halt
    ** Stock of ARTA TechFin, earlier known as Freeman FinTech
Corp Ltd, on track for biggest daily pct gain since April 2015 
    ** Stock hits the highest level since May 2019; biggest pct
gainer on the Hong Kong bourse
    ** Co says https://bit.ly/3GHnCmv to fulfill all resumption
conditions imposed by the stock exchange, including withdrawal
of winding-up petition and discharge of provisional liquidators,
completion of restructuring and publishing all outstanding
financial results
    ** The Hang Seng Composite Index tracking financials stocks
 .HSCIF  eases 0.3%, and the Hang Seng Finance Index  .HSNF 
slips 0.5%
    ** The Hang Seng China Enterprises Index  .HSCE  drops 1.4%
and the benchmark index  .HSI  falls 1.5%
