** Shares in Arteche Lantegi Elkartea ARTC.MC fall 7.4% following the Spanish electrical equipment manufacturer's discounted shares sale
** The company completes a €100 million ($113.52 million) offering via accelerated bookbuilding at €33 per share, a 9.59% discount to Wednesday's closing price
** Shares, on track for their worst day in 8 months, reduce their YTD gains to 49.56% YTD​
