** Co says preliminary early-stage trial data show its experimental oral pain drug, ART26.12, had no serious side effects in participants, who received single doses of the drug

** Data indicate that the drug can be taken with or without food, co says

** Co plans to start multiple ascending dose study in Q4 2025

** ART26.12 works by blocking FABP5 protein to regulate fat-based signals linked to pain, and is being developed to treat nerve pain caused by chemotherapy

** As of last close, stock up 47% YTD
