Director Share Purchase
The Artisanal Spirits Company (AIM: ART), the owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society ("SMWS"), the leading curator and provider of premium single cask Scotch malt whisky and other spirits for sale primarily online to a discerning global membership, announces that it was notified on 7 October 2021 that Lesley Jackson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 28,846 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 103.91 pence per Ordinary Share. 
Following this transaction, Lesley Jackson's total beneficial interest in the Company is 64,560 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.  
The Notification of Dealing Form required in accordance with Article 19.3 of MAR is set out below.
