Director Share Purchase

The Artisanal Spirits Company (AIM: ART), the owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky
Society ("SMWS"), the leading curator and provider of premium single cask
Scotch malt whisky and other spirits for sale primarily online to a discerning
global membership, announces that it was notified on 8 April 2022 that David
Ridley, Managing Director of the Company, purchased 24,936 ordinary shares in
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 80.0p pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, David Ridley's total beneficial interest in the
Company is 209,092 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.30% of the
Company's issued share capital.

The Notification of Dealing Form required in accordance with UK MAR is set out
below.
