Investor Presentation via Investor Meet Company

 

The Artisanal Spirits Company (AIM: ART), the creator of outstanding,
limited-edition whiskies and experiences around the world, and owner of The
Scotch Malt Whisky Society ("SMWS"), Single Cask Nation ("SCN"), J.G. Thomson
and Artisan Casks, announces a live presentation via Investor Meet Company.

 

As previously communicated, the Group will publish its Full Year Results for
the year ended 31 December 2025 on Monday, 30 March 2026.

 

Andrew Dane, Chief Executive Officer, and Billy McCarter, Chief Financial
Officer, will host a virtual presentation related to the Full Year Results on
Thursday 02 April 2026 at 10:30 BST.

 

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard until 09:00
BST on Wednesday 01 Apr 2026, or at any time during the live presentation.
