Notice of results

 

The Artisanal Spirits Company (AIM: ART), the owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky
Society ("SMWS"), the leading curator and provider of premium single cask
Scotch malt whisky and other spirits for sale primarily online to a discerning
global membership, announces it will publish its full year results for the
financial year ended 31 December 2021 on Tuesday 29 March 2022.

 

Investor presentation

 

The Company's Managing Director, David Ridley, and Finance Director, Andrew
Dane, will host a live online investor presentation and Q&A on Wednesday
30 March 2022 at 11:00 am BST.
