PDMR Share Purchase
The Artisanal Spirits Company (AIM: ART), the owner of The Scotch Malt Whisky Society ("SMWS"), the leading curator and provider of premium single cask Scotch malt whisky and other spirits for sale primarily online to a discerning global membership, announces that it was notified on 21 September 2021 that Douglas Aitken, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) of the Company, purchased 1,100 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 88 pence per Ordinary Share. 
Following this transaction, Douglas Aitken's total beneficial interest in the Company is 1,100 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.002% of the Company's issued share capital.  
The Notification of Dealing Form required in accordance with Article 19.3 of MAR is set out below.
