Artiva rises after positive early data for new autoimmune disease therapy

** Shares of drug developer Artiva Biotherapeutics ARTV.O rise 4.46% to $3.75 premarket

** Co says its experimental cell therapy, AlloNK, showed promising safety results in early trials for patients with autoimmune diseases, including rheumatoid arthritis

** ARTV says 32 autoimmune patients got AlloNK plus anti-CD20 antibody drugs at community clinics, mostly outside hospitals, with no severe side effects

** Co says treatment clears B cells, a type of immune cell linked to several autoimmune conditions, within two weeks

** Over 150,000 U.S. patients have RA that does not respond to current medicines, ARTV says

** Up to last close, stock down ~64% YTD
