** Shares of Arvind Fashions ARVF.NS jump 10.3% to 481.25 rupees

** Co posts Q4 consol net profit of 469.7 mln rupees ($4.9 mln) vs loss of 931.5 mln rupees year ago

** Q4 revenue rises 14.8% Y/Y to 13.65 bln rupees on strong growth in direct channels

** EBITDA margin improved by 50 bps to 13.9%, aided by higher full-price sell-through and lower retail discounting

** Trading vols over 4x the 30-day average

** YTD, ARVF down ~4%
