India's Arvind Fashions slips after reporting Q4 loss on deferred tax charge

** Shares of apparel retailer Arvind Fashions ARVF.NS fall 2.3% to 458.0 rupees after Q4 results

** Co reports loss of 931 million rupees ($10.9 million) in Q4 vs profit of 243 million rupees a year ago

** Loss attributable to a one-time deferred tax expense of 124 million rupees on its subsidiary Arvind Lifestyle Brands

** Excluding tax charge, PAT would be 8% higher y/y, co says

** With session's decline, ARVF down 2.8% in the last 12 months
