India's Arvind Smartspaces up on sale of $19 mln residential project

** Shares of Arvind Smartspaces  ARVD.NS  rise 5.80% to
602.40 rupees apiece
    ** Real estate company says it has sold out the entire
inventory released for sale in its first phase of its
residential project, Arvind Orchards in Bengaluru, within seven
hours of launch
    ** Projects consists of 220 units valued at 1.60 bln rupees
(~ $19 mln), says ARVD
    ** Stock has gained 40.6% in 2024 so far, including today's
