16% at 1120 GMT after Bloomberg reports that Elliott Management

** In October, Aryzta had said it "would look at other
options" as it ended negotiations with Elliott about a possible

** The stock already rose 4.5% in morning trade after the
company announced the departure of its CEO urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2I5125
** Aryzta is the biggest riser on the Swiss Performance
