Aryzta: Up after confirms receiving Elliott offer

** Shares in Aryzta ARYN.S jump 4.2% after the Swiss-Irish
bakery firm confirmed receiving a conditional offer from the
private equity firm Elliott to buy the entire share capital of
the company at CHF 0.80 per share urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nFWN2IK0WG
** Zuercher Kantonalbank says Elliott will hardly have any
success at the mentioned purchase price and in the broker's
opinion should increase the offer
** It expects the Aryzta board of directors to commission a
fairness opinion for Elliott's offer
