Nov 5 (Reuters) - AS Creation Tapeten AG  ACWNn.DE : 
    * Sees earnings for full year 2015 to improve significantly 
compared to fiscal year 2014 
    * Currently sees no financial reasons that would speak 
against a dividend payment 
    * Sees FY 2015 sales revenues for full year 2015 to decline 
by between 10 pct and 15 pct to between 160 million and 170 
million euros 
    * Forecast for full fiscal year 2015 confirmed 
    * At 126.8 million euros, A.S. Création's consolidated sales 
revenues for total nine-month period of 2015 were down by 18.4 
million euros or 12.7 pct on previous year's 145.2 million euros
