March 23 (Reuters) - AS Creation Tapeten AG  ACWNn.DE : 
    * A.S. Création Tapeten AG: earnings improve notably in spite of revenue shortfall 
    * Sales revenues declined by 13.9 million euros or 8.4 percent from 166.5 million euros in 
previous year to 152.6 million euros ($164.41 million) in fiscal year 2016 
    * Consistent dividend poliy - dividend of 1.25 euro 
    * At 10.2 million euros, consolidated earnings before taxes in 2016 were up by 81.5 percent 
on previous year's 5.6 million euros 
    * Projects consolidated sales revenues of between 155 million and 160 million euros for 2017 
    * Expects 2017 earnings after taxes to decline to between 4 million and 5 million euros
