March 16 (Reuters) - A.S. Création Tapeten AG  ACWNn.DE : 
    * Says no dividend for the fiscal year 2014 
    * Posted a net loss after taxes of 9.3 million euros (loss 
of $10 million) for fiscal year 2014 
    * Consolidated net profit after taxes of 1.3 million euros 
had been recorded in 2013 
    * Earnings position is due, among other things, to exchange 
losses of 10.4 million euros and penalties of 5.0 million euros 
imposed on member companies of A.S. Création Tapeten by French 
antitrust authorities
