April 28 (Reuters) - AS Creation Tapeten AG  ACWNn.DE : 
    * Annual general meeting of shareholders decides on dividend 
of 0.60 euros ($0.68) for 2015. Continuity in the composition of 
the supervisory board. Good start to the fiscal year 2016. 
    * At 44.7 million euros ($50.60 million), Q1 group revenues 
were down by 4.9 pct on previous year's 47.0 million euros 
    * Believes that company is well on track to reach group 
forecast for full year 2016, which provides for sales revenues 
of between 160 million and 170 million euros and a greatly 
improved result
