Brief: A.S. Creation Tapeten says 9-month revenues down 5.1 pct to 145.24 mln euros

Nov 10 (Reuters) - A.S. Creation Tapeten AG  ACWNn.DE : 
 
    * Says while A.S. Creation's revenues declined also in Q3, 
5.4 pct, production was much lower than had been feared after Q2 
    * Says at 145.2 million euros, total group revenues for 
first nine months of 2014 were down by 5.1 pct on previous 
year's 153.1 million euros 
    * Decline in revenues should be seen against background of 
deteriorating economic environment in Western and Eastern 
Europe, where company generates over 90 pct of its group 
revenues 
    * Says EBIT for nine-month period totalled 8.6 million 
euros, down by 26.5 pct on previous year's 11.7 million euros 
    * Says does not expect sales revenues to increase in Q4 of 
2014 compared to previous year 
    * Board assumes that company will reach sales forecast for 
full year 2014, according to which group sales revenues will 
amount to between 180 million and 190 million euros 
    * Sees FY 2014 higher net profit than for year 2013
