Nov 3 (Reuters) - AS Creation Tapeten AG  ACWNn.DE : 
    * At 116.3 million euros ($129.35 million), A.S. Création's consolidated sales revenues were 
down by 10.5 million euros in first 9 months of 2016 
    * Earnings before interest and taxes of 4.9 million euros (previous year: 6.8 million euros) 
are projected for current financial year 
    * Group's earnings after taxes, at 5.5 million euros, already exceeded 3.3 million euros 
posted for full year 2015 at nine-month state of 2016 
    * Earnings forecast for full year 2016 confirmed 
    * In view of A.S. Création's excellent financial position as at Sept. 30, 2016, managing 
board does not see any financial reasons that would speak against a higher dividend
