March 1 (Reuters) - As Creation Tapeten AG  ACWNn.DE : 
    * Managing board and supervisory board propose dividend of 
0.60 euros ($0.6520) per share for FY 2015 
    * Generated consolidated sales revenues of 166.5 million 
euros(previous year: 189.1 million euros) in fiscal year 2015 
    * At 7.9 million euros, FY earnings before interest and 
taxes clearly exceeded previous year's 3.3 million euros 
    * Having incurred a loss of 9.3 million euros in previous 
year, a.s. Création again posted a profit after taxes of 3.3 
million euros in fiscal year 2015
