June 4 (Reuters) - AS Creation Tapeten AG  ACWNn.DE : 
    * Agreement reached with former owners of SCE and MCF on 
their financial contribution towards penalty incurred under 
French antitrust proceedings 
    * Appeal against a penalty notice does not have a suspensive 
effect under French law, meaning that penalties will have to be 
paid by June 15, 2015 
    * Penalties issued against SCE and MCF Investissement SAS 
amount to a total of 5.0 million euros ($5.64 million) 
    * Agreement was signed with former owners of SCE and MCF 
under which they will contribute 2.1 million euros towards 
penalty and legal costs and fees
