** Shares of office software firm Asana Inc  ASAN.N  up 5.5%
at $24.11 in premarket trading
    ** ASAN reports Q1 rev beat & a smaller-than-expected
adjusted loss per share
    ** Co forecasts Q2 revenue of $157.5 mln to $158.5 mln,
above estimates of $156.12 mln, and Q2 adjusted loss per share
of $0.11-$0.12 versus loss estimates of $0.12/share
    ** Lowers fiscal 2024 adjusted net loss per share forecast
to $0.50 to $0.55 versus prior forecast of adjusted net loss of
$0.55 to $0.59; analysts' estimate a loss of $0.53/share
    ** ASAN expects to report 2024 revenue of $640.0 mln to
$648.0 mln, versus estimate of $644.18 mln
    ** Up to last close, stock had risen 65.94% YTD
