Appointment of CEO

Further to the Company's announcement on 22 May 2025, the Company is pleased
to announce the appointment of Mr David Patterson as Chief Executive Officer
of the Company with immediate effect. David's appointment to the Board is
expected to follow shortly, following completion of the customary on-boarding
process for directors.

David is an experienced oil and gas explorer and geologist who has over 43
years oil and gas experience onshore US which includes several years of work
in Utah and Colorado where most notably David was VP Geology for Rose
Petroleum Plc (now called Zephyr Energy Plc) where he led the evaluation of
over 250,000 acres of leases in Utah. David has held previous roles which
include VP and manager of Exploration, VP of Geology, Supervisor of Reserves
and Senior Geological Engineer in prior roles through his career and is based
in Colorado.
