Posting of Annual Report and Accounts & Notice of AGM
Ascent Resources plc, the AIM listed European oil and gas exploration and production company, confirms that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the twelve months ended 31 December 2014 to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting. 
The Annual Report and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are available on the Company's website and can be downloaded from www.ascentresources.co.uk. 
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.00 a.m. on Thursday 11 June 2015 at the offices of finnCap Limited, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ.
