Results of Annual General Meeting

Ascent Resources Plc (LON: AST) the US onshore gas and helium processing and
production focused company, announces that the resolutions put to
Shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today,
were duly approved by shareholders by way of a poll.

The results of the poll were as follows:
