** Co secures $9 mln equity financing from Singapore-based
Lucro Investments to be used for general business operations,
working capital
** Lucro to purchase 7.5 mln ASTI shares for $1.20 per share
** ASTI says it will receive the financing in monthly
installments of $1 mln
** Shares down ~79% YTD, including session's loss
