 * On August 5,co,govt of Municipal City of Suqian in Jiangsu province agreed to 
   terminate JV project entered into on December 28, 2013 
 * Parties to liquidate JV,distribute available proceeds to parties pro rata in 
   accordance with parties' contributions to JV 
 * Does not anticipate having any material current or ongoing liabilities 
   relating to the joint venture or its termination
