Swiss stocks - Factors to watch on Aug 23

ZURICH/BERLIN, Aug 23 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Monday:
    
    CLARIANT  CLN.S 
    Clariant has bought the remaining 70% of Brazilian personal
care company Beraca it did not previously own, the Swiss company

    SWISS AIR LINES  LHAG.DE 
    Swiss Finance Minister Ueli Maurer and Transport Minister
Simonetta Sommaruga wrote to the Lufthansa unit in December
criticising it for awarding senior executives bonuses in 2020
despite receiving a bailout in the form of loans largely
guaranteed by the state, newspaper SonntagsZeitung reported.
    In the letter, they called the move "politically
insensitive" and asked the airline not to pay out bonuses or
increase top executives' base pay until the loans were repaid,
the newspaper said, adding that the extent to which the airline
will meet that demand remains unclear. 
      
    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Roche  ROG.S  said Roche Pharma China and Shanghai Kechow
Pharma have entered into a cooperation agreement to improve the
market access of Zelboraf in China.  ROG.S 
    * Aluflexpack  AFPD.S  said Chief Financial Officer Johannes
Steurer will take over as Chief Executive in January 2022, as it
reported a rise in first-half profit to 12.7 million euros

    * Cembra Money Bank AG  CMBN.S  said it and supermarket
Migros would terminate their credit card partnership as of June
2022, impacting Cembra's net profit from 2022.  CMBN.S 
    * Dormakaba  DOKA.S  said it has bought Australian Reliance
Doors and Best Doors Australia Groups.  DOKA.S 
    * Bank Linth LLB AG  LINN.S  says first-half net profit rose
10.4% to 14.1 million Swiss francs ($15.4 million).  LINN.S 
    * New Value AG  NEWN.S  says it had sold its 40.9% stake in
