ZURICH/BERLIN, June 22 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Tuesday:
    
    
    UBS  UBSG.S 
    The lender hired two executives from Morgan Stanley's
investment-management arm to head its execution hub, Bloomberg

    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Highlight Event And Entertainment AG  HLEE.S  said it had
completed a capital increase through private placement with
issue proceeds of 9 million Swiss francs  HLEE.S 
    * Blackstone Resources AG  BLS.S  said it was planning to
list its subsidiary Blackstone Technology GmbH in the United
States to raise additional capital and diversify its current
investor base.  BLS.S 
    * Investis  IREN.S  said it expects net profit in the first
half of 2021 to be significantly above the previous year's
level.  IREN.S    
    * Oerlikon Balzers  OERL.S  said it had signed a ten-year
contract with MTU Aero Engines  MTXGn.DE  to apply MTU's owned
erosion-resistant coating on aerofoil components of GTF aero
engines used in the Airbus A320neo aircraft.  OERL.S 
    * Ascom  ASCN.S  said it had won a major frame agreement
from University Hospital Bonn in Germany.  ASCN.S
