ZURICH/BERLIN, March 25 (Reuters) - The Swiss blue-chip SMI
 .SSMI  was seen opening 0.3 percent lower at 9,294 points on
Monday, according to premarket indications by bank Julius Baer
 JBPRE01 .
    Here are some of the main factors that may affect Swiss
stocks:
    
    MEYER BURGER TECHNOLOGY  MBTN.S  
    The Swiss company's largest shareholder Sentis Capital on
Monday said it was creating a website for other investors as it
pushes for changes at the money-losing solar machinery maker.

    The chief executive of LVMH's  LVMH.PA  Bulgari brand wants
its watch business to be in the top ten makers of Swiss watches,

acquire a supplier to integrate the manufacturing of parts for
