AMD says it will invest over $10 billion across Taiwan's AI ecosystem
May 21 (Reuters) - Advanced Micro Devices AMD.O said on Thursday it would invest more than $10 billion across Taiwan's AI ecosystem and widen strategic partnerships as it looks to expand its manufacturing capabilities. The U.S. chip firm will collaborate with Taiwanese firms ASE 3711.TW and SPIL to develop more power-efficient technology for AI systems and processors, it said in a statement.
